Our chef friends love to come to the vineyard where food and wine mix with our breathtaking views to create an unforgettable experience.  Several of them have agreed to offer classes on their specialties.

Indian Cuisine—Dr. Geetha Ghai, faculty at Rutgers University and guest lecturer at Natural Gourmet Institute

Fish Cuisine—Eddy Coos, owner, Oyster House, Milford, NJ and a CIA trained chef

Italian Cuisine—Lucho Manicotti, owner, Luigi’s Sicilian, Allentown, PA,  trained in Palermo

Southern Comfort Cuisine—Audrey Lennon, American Federation of Chefs, Orlando, Florida
