Faculty
Dr. Audrey Cross is primary instructor at Villa Milagro Vineyards Kitchen.  She has a doctoral degree in nutrition from the University of California, Berkeley and has studied with chefs from the Culinary Institute of America and Europe. 

She has hosted her own cooking show on television and is frequently quoted in leading women’s magazines.  For the past twenty years she has been on the faculty at Columbia University’s School of Public Health.  She is also “Vigneronne” at Villa Milagro Vineyards.
