Baking Basics
Surprisingly, cakes, cookies, breads, muffins, etc. all contain the same ingredients—only in different proportions.  Become a “white thumb” master.

Baking Basics is held on Tuesdays from 6:30-9:00pm. Classes are held in the Vintner’s private residence at Villa Milagro Vineyards.  Participants learn basic secrets that simplify baking and give them the ability to whip up a cake, pan of breakfast bread, muffins ,etc from standard baking ingredients. 

Each participant receives a course cookbook, materials and an apron. 

Classes are limited to ten students.

The series includes:

    Session I— Dough & Batter Basics
    Session II—Yeast & Risen Basics
    Session III—Fillings & Icings


The series is $95 including cookbook, apron and food.
